I have done over 600 Whimsyshire over god knows how many hours! I have STILL not found Sir William! Is he still there? I’m on Hardcore Season, been doing the runs on T16 mostly. Can you tell me what is going on ? People say his spawn rate is 1 in 300 , by that stats I should have spawned him 2 times already. Please help. Give me odds and a confirmation that he actually still exists. I want that rainbow portrait, but having spent over ACTUAL 24 hours of grinding it OVER AND OVER and NEVER beeing rewarded for my effort is really taking its toll on me now.

Something with a really, really low chance of happening, hasn’t happened for you yet.
This is not a fault, this is not a bug, this is just RNG.
Also, as the difficulty of the game has absolutely no bearing on the chance for the rare mob (that drops the portrait frame) to spawn, why are you running this on T16? Put as many speed items / abilities onto your hero as possible, in whatever is your class’s fastest build, and run it on Normal. This is about checking the entire map for the mob as quickly as possible, not about getting XP whilst doing so.
They stopped phone support years ago, and web support / chat hours isn’t 24/7. Having said that, they can’t help you because what you’re reporting isn’t a fault.
