Hey! The strangest thing just happened - while I was playing i got a connect lost error, but i didn’t note that which one. I just pressed OK, and it d/ced me. I reconnected after the milisecord i pressed OK, however my only seasonal HC hero was already dead. What info do you need to check it out? I spent a lot a lot of hours into this and losing everything for such an error seems strange. Also - my internet connection was not lost, because everything i had running in the background never stopped.

Permanent Death
You have but one life, eager hero. If you should die, though your deeds will be remembered, you shall not return again.
Customer Service will not revive a fallen Hardcore hero for any reason. All of your hero’s items will be lost forever upon death.
A network blip is very much covered in the “for any reason” section.
If you had details of what the error was, and a WinMTR trace, they could look at what might have caused the disconnection (e.g. a particular intermediary network hop dropping network packets) but there’s no way you’ll get your hero back.
I am not Quin and i know i will not get my hero back. I just don’t want to spend a countless amount more hours and die of something that i could have prevented.
