Issues with armoury profile website unavailability…
Issues with Battlenet social stuff, i.e. groups, friends lists, seasonal heroes showing as non-seasonal, hardcore heroes showing as softcore, broadcasts not working, and so on…
I realise those are on the US forums. Believe me, I asked for there to be communication to the EU forums and via the Battlenet launcher. The issues have been on-going for almost a month now, and I asked for the communication a couple of weeks ago…
I completely agree that the only thing worse than having a problem that is taking this long to resolve is to not bother to communicate it at all to two of the regions in which it’s played (EU and Asia).
The Europe English version of that message is on the Technical Support forum…
But yeah… Blizzard could do a whole lot better to communicate these issues to players.
