I can login to Bnet no problems, but, when I click the play button for Diablo III my screen turns white for 3 secs and crashes back to Bnet?? I have re-installed once already and ran scan and repair tool. Any ideas ?
Try this sticky over in the US Tech Support forum. This is commonly caused by Razer Chroma software and the thread discusses how to deal with that.

I have the same problem, but I followed all the instructions on this page, Diablo III Doesn't Launch - Blizzard Support , then the Chroma instructions, and nothing’s working! I press Play at the Battle.net screen, a grey screen comes up with a blue circle animation, then it crashes back to Battle.net.
Sometimes the DLL files remain that can cause this problem, can you check if these files still exist and delete them:
C:\Windows\System32\RzChromaSDK64.dll
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\RzChromaSDK.dll
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\RzAPIChromaSDK.dll
(make sure your Razer Chroma/Synapse is still uninstalled for now as well).
