I recently started playing again after stopping in season 3, on coming back I realised I no longer have my wings for pre ordering the collectors edition of Reaper Of Souls, and it in fact, it doesn’t show up on my Blizzard account. (I bought it off their Amazon store). Also creating a new character doesn’t give me mail with them in and they’re not in the wardrobe

It may be best if you contacted the Account folks at Blizzard Support. Typically, account related issues are not dealt with on the forums because of security and private life issues.

You may need to provide a photo ID to prove that you are the owner of the account; refer to Providing Government-Issued Identification - Blizzard Support for a list of acceptable photo identification.
In the Breaking News at the top of the screen, there is a warning about the impact of COVID-19 on the availability of support; you may want to refer to it.
