Playing D4 in 4k or 144p my gpu is always at 99% what’s wrong with this game ?
I have to downgrade everything to the bottom to see some change holy molly !!!

So since the game always look for the best of your PC the only way to make you gpu not running at 100% is too lock your fps below . I am runing D4 in 4 k at 180 fps 100% gpu . When you lock the game at 120 fps the game run fine btw .Gpu is at 65% no overheating problem solved.
You can lock you fps by choosing : Max foreground FPS in the option an set it as you want for me it was 120
So what exactly is the point of your post?
Unlocked FPS = 100% GPU load unless CPU-limited.
That’s how hardware works.
Also why would you play D4 at 180 FPS?
I doubt your 4K display even supports 180hz unless you have a ~1000€ model which costs more than your GPU and wouldn’t even make sense
If your GPU is overheating at 100% load then you might want to check your cooling.
A GPU is designed to run at 100% load stable, that’s what you paid for, right?

First off, my gpu doesn’t overheat stable at 69 Celcius at 100%.
My point was to tell people how to remedy for the 100% gpu load without putting any graphics option down .
At least you don’t have the gpu fan louder than a vacuum cleaner every time you play D4.
