I’ve tried to farm black river for several weeks and it hasn’t dropped yet. I believe the drop system is broken. I just get the same things over and over. I’ve played others mmorpg, action rpg, ect for thousands of hours. Farming for weapons for hours and even days but I never encountered anything like this. I believe there’s a bug in this game system:
try farming vault of stones… i get one there several times a week… sorry but i usually salvage them cos have 1 902 version maxed out with great stats. just for the record farmed vos most of the day on various levels from 36-70+ all the black river drops (3) came under level 40. hope this helps…
Where have you been trying to get one? Just kill the beast in the ice and you can get one within minutes.
Not a myth, just rng is not on your side.
2 have dropped for me, both from nm dungeons under tier 60. (2nd one i got this past weekend infact)
Duriel drops it a lot…
