There have been many reports of the game looking blurry when moving and I’m experiencing the exact same issue with Diablo 4. No setting except disabling AA completely or using a different variant of AA wil fix this issue.
Please Blizzard respond to your community with an update about this issue. People payed 70-100 bucks for something that looks blurrier then games from 40 years ago on modern high end hardware (4080, etc) and you are completely ignoring the issue.

I am using an samsung ark monitor and it’s driving me crazy. The bigger monitor makes this even more noticeable.
It’s can get so bad at times that almost looks like colors don’t even line up on the edges of back ground objects. Makes for motion sickness and can’t enjoy the game for long.

Blizzard, please, Diablo II Resurrected upscaled looks so sharp in comparison. Let this game shine.

Guys … I can confirm that the best current fix, as guys have already mentioned here, is to get the latest nvngx_dlss.dll from techpowerup (NVIDIA DLSS DLL 3.1.13). Then just replace that file in your base Diablo 4 folder after each time you reload the Battle.net app / close the game (as it will revert it back to the 3.1.1 DLSS DLL version when you close the game or when you load up Battle.net - you will see the 33MB patch come through).
This doesn’t remove the blur completely, but it is now 90% gone. Much harder to notice while playing now … and especially in those slow camera pans during in game cutscenes.
I am running a 5950x, 3090 and the Alienware Ultrawide QD-OLED (so 0.1ms response times) … playing @ 3440x1440 with DLAA on.
Easiest way to test is to load into game as normal … then just zoom all the way in and look at your character standing still. You will see his/her helmet blur heavily when they are breathing looking at them from above.
Now log out … replace the DLSS DLL to 3.1.13 and watch your character breathing again. Blur will be almost gone now.
Just remember to replace the DLSS DLL everytime u load the game (after you open up Battle.net and just before you hit play) as it will revert back to the old 3.1.1 when you reload Battle.net / after you close the game.
Hopefully Blizz / Nvidia add the nvngx_dlss.dll at the driver level when the next driver comes out (like they have for other titles) … so it always uses the latest dll instead of the one that shipped with the game.
Wall of text … but it fixed it for me … try it for yourselves.

Hopefully Blizzard updates the DLL version then. This blur is what is preventing me from using DLAA/DLSS currently.
I dunno if it’s placebo, but replacing the DLL didn’t do anything for me in terms of blur.
It’s too deeply rooted in the game, Blizz has to add an option to turn the TAA off.

I disabled dlss and it looks good. Fur still seems blurry probably not dlss then.
Still the same for me here

This is not a DLAA issue, don’t waste your time. This is pure TAA, and this is pretty common issue with many games, but these game do have an option to disable it.
Blizzard has intergrated TAA into the game, with no option to turn it off.
It made the game such a blurry mess and really unplayable.
This is unacceptable, not to mention that is an eyes/health concern. Many people have reported feeling dizzy after playing, and i’m not talking about hours of playing…
If Blizzard doesn’t provide an option to disable TAA, i’m done with the game. Nothing is more important than your health, and Blizzard doesn’t seem to respect that.
