Game still crashing every 10-30 mins
I don’t use discord or Razer
Using KB&M no controller
NO crashes until 1.03 update

RTX 2080Ti (max 64% load)
32GB memory
No other game crashes
Diablo 4 crashes and it all started as soon as I got the new patch 1.0.3
So when I open the game it comes up with a gray scene and the mouse shows the icon for when something is loading, after not even 5 seconds it closes the game and tells me there was an error.
I have done ALL troubleshooting steps online, even reinstalling the game but still nothing.
This honestly irritates me because I had been looking forward to the new patch and now it’s here I can`t even play it.

Maybe it helps someone. I have disabled Intel CPU Turbo Boost Technology in Bios and since 3h no crash. There are 2 settings in Bios. Disabled both. Before every 5-10 min.

So , i check Intel CPU Turbo Boost Technology and it was disable so i enable it and same problem i got crush after 1 min
for me it had nothing with Intel CPU Turbo Boost Technology
I don’t have discord or any razer software, before the patch everything was ok and after the update it happens 5-6 times even for 40 mins

Same as me mate. Everything disabled or not installed, no controller, everything updated. Issue only started with latest patch. Can’t believe we’re getting blamed!!

Before patch 1.03 everything was stable. Please do not write that the problem is on our side. Login to my account and you will be kicked out of the game on your computer in 5-15 minutes.
Please let us know what you know about the error and try to fix it. So that we do not reinstall the system and try to change settings and so on. Please.

New symptom. “Game to Desktop” crash now evolved “Game to BSOD” crash. was AFKing in city just waiting for the next crash before i start next quest.
i’m guessing a memory leak, but im no dev
edit: mouse+KB, no RGB, logitech mouse… as if that matters.
Also got several crashes now.

same here, fresh installed win11 Geforce 1080, 16GB ram, i7 8700, no OC, 2 monitors, nothing else running. crash to desktop with “unexpected error” I am so tiered of AAA games. sometimes I can play for an hour or more, sometimes it crashes 1 minute after starting the game.

Didn’t work here. As others noted roll back the update as it’s obviously caused this issue and do a root cause analysis.
Fenris Crashed twice now after 5-10 minutes… never crashed a single time before the update. 2070super, 32gb RAM, i58600k, no OCs - crashed with xbox elite controller and with controller unplugged using KB/M

just bought the game and having a go. 5 crashes during a 3 hour play, very random and on a newley installed win11 pro machine with RTX 3070 and Ryzen 7 5800X.

@Dresiaron do something because it is impossible to play I enter the game and after 5 minutes I get a crash with error 66DFCC92-8A2C-42EC-A21C-AED677B3F0E1 and it is like that every now and then

This dude should be fired … there is hundreds of people that payed for this game 100 bucks, all saying that they are played the game w/o single crash till 26 patch and this guy cames out and saying that there is no visible problem on their side, are you f%%ng kidding…

Try lowering or completely removing your cpu’s overclock, worked for me.
Typical Blizzard right here, everyone is crashing and they blame the players for it.
