installing BN Beta didn’t resolve the issue as well
Maybe uninstalling BN and Reinstalling it will work > Gonna Try that
Logically, the tc will not help when returning from the beta version, the last one is put and it did not help me

People tell me why I don’t have Diablo 4 in the battlnet app? yesterday I downloaded it, and today it’s gone, and it’s not anywhere at all. If I just click on the shortcut, the battlnet application opens, and nothing happens.
I tried google translate, and it seems D4 isn’t showing at all for you after a BN restart. Not trying to be… contentious, but are Bliz actually selling D4 in Russia? It may be worth trying a VPN and seeing if you can connect via another country.
In the top of the bnet app there is GAME. Click it and select to the left “INSTALLED”

I’m located in Belgium it’s supposed to be 02:17:52.410724 and not 00:17:52

I would guess Cheats: DISABLED is probably a hold over from game testing.
Time stamp in my file is 00:24:34, I’m UK based. My assumption would be that there was an attempted update at that time (or a server ping of some type). That sounds about the time I updated Battle Net itself (though I could have done that earlier), or the time I tried installing a different language pack.
Look at that! At least i am not the only dumb-dumb banging my head against the table, trying to login to the game. Hello fellow restricted access players! Nice meeting you all!
