I am only level 11 and discovering the game, and I was thinking: do dungeons respawn or somehow “reset”?

You need to exit the dungeon and wait a few minutes before entering again.

I have two dungeons marked with a green V (checked, as completed) so they will be reseted at some point? Thats cool
They reset yes, but at first you are better of just going to complete other dungeons for the legendary effects and for the rep

No point doing dungeons while leveling unless there’s an Aspect you’re after, or a Side Quest leads you to one.
Allso should you be disconnected inside a dungeon, its reset when you connect back in, meaning you have to start from scratch in a new layout.
