It’s been more than 10 hours.
The problem has not been solved.
There is no communication with users about the time frame for solving the problem.

I’m still seeing the error and have tried their troubleshooting suggestions, these are wrong and out of date as some of the file paths specified no longer exist and I’m not about to corrupt my install by deleting the wrong files.
