Error (Code 397000)

please solve our problems….

i haven’t been able to login all day which is a shame as i really want to play, hopefully a fix can be found soon (UK, Steam)

Still not working here Battle.net (EU) , i tried all steps like I wrote in this post

Is this error(397000) already fixed? I can’t check it at the moment.

Ditto - all down.
Down detector says “fine” for Battle NET and Diablo, and I can ping them, but log in is not possible.
Have run scan / repair / reinstalled BattleNET, etc etc.
No joy.

Guys, try this. Open Battle.net, select the game, and then click “Check for Updates.” It worked for me this way.

After 16 hours the problem looks fixed he allouds me to log in and choose my charachter…. the disappoint is that today, after 3 months has been my first totally free day, and i was sitted here with this issue….. i’m very disappointed about this.

this is the point with the clients/browser games, if something happen half world remain stuked. i don’t know what to say only that is uneccettable that i cannot use a game/service that i payd for 16 hours asking clarification and support without any reply any way to talk directly with somebody remaining stuked waiting for an answer in a forum… from a very big enterprise, despite all, i remain really disappointed and the the only think that i could receive is a sentence like “ we are sorry for your bad experience we are working always to give our best ”.

at the end by my side the issue ( crossfingers ) looks fixed.

Well, after not being able to play all day, I logged on a little while ago and confirmed that it’s fixed. I didn’t have to do anything; the cause of the problem will remain a mystery.

Glad to hear things worked out already, and apologies to those who had their gaming plans scuppered. Hopefully you get a chance to jump into the fray over the weekend anyway.
