Thinking that this would install automatically with all the other downloads, it doesn’t… After going through all the steps I could think of. Perform the below. I see a lot of people posting the same issue, hope this helps. From the xbox start screen. Highlight Diablo and press the menu button and go to “Manage Addons and Game”, select VoH and install. You can also go through the add game card option as well to perform the above.
