I’ve finished the campaign. It make my passionate with this game grows stronger than before and want to continue play it by start over again with new character with different class for collect and clear the world as possible. As soon as I started, I can’t help but noticed I have extra skill points even at lvl 1. I am not sure whether it is consider the common glitch or perfectly normal.

Points gained from statues carry over to all characters
You can earn up to +8 skill points from renown and those skill points are account wide, that means any alter you create begins with 9 skill pointns instead of 1
Same apply to the Lilith buffs, your new barb lvl 1 is stronger than your first barb lvl 1
Provided you have done enugh world exploration to actualy get all extra 8 levels.
Same thing about the hp flasks.
So it pays off to do everything with your first character before making alts, it gives non season alts an easier life.
