Steam support sends to Blizzard, Blizzard support sends to Steam
Just like my case. So Steam just took the money, didn’t send info about it to Blizzard and basically robbed all of us.

Seems like I figured out how it works. Blizzard set their platinum in Steam as ingame items, not as currency. So the purchase just adds this “item” to your inventory. I can see it in my inventory history but this item is hidden for me. Maybe because I don’t have Diablo IV on my Steam account. Maybe if you have this game, you can “use” this “item” from your inventory and it may work. I can’t check it out.
Well I’m glad that I bought the smallest pack just for test.
But the fact that Blizzard marked ingame currency as ingame items is cheesy. I shouldn’t be allowed to buy it but I can. You can buy it even if you didn’t link your Battle.Net account and you will never get your money back.
