There are a couple of threads in Steam community center from people with similar problem. Things may be messy, things may be broken and it’s pretty understandable but some statement would be appreciable. Well, we all just want to buy platinum.

I have the same problem, Blizzard Support wrote ask steam … and steam if you contact one they say go to blizzard, steam money for platinum gone, blizzard wont help…
