Microft Rewards Battle Pass Premium not working

Blizzard responded that because of the new Battle Pass System, they still unable to resolve the issue. So was told to contact MS Reward support to get your points reimbursed.

Sorry for the long wait on this one while we worked towards a solution.

We do finally have one though, and with just a few extra steps you should be able to claim your reward at last.

To get the process started, simply head over to http://rewards.microsoft.com/support (or ask the person who made the original purchase to), and fill out the form there.

Microsoft support will then be able to take it from there and provide reimbursement.

Apologies again for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience while we looked into this.

Is the issue regarding the codes still ongoing or has it been resolved? With a few extra steps, you will finally be able to claim your reward. We would be pleased if you could be more clear.

This is seriously some of the worst and most incompetent customer service in the world, billion dollar companies btw… i just don’t know what to do anymore.
It’s been 13 days now since i redeemed the code for the PBP from MS points.
4 tickets to Blizzard support and 3 to Microsoft.

Seriously guys, how can you not go mad when you get treated like an idiot by customer services or they literally ignore what you wrote and just stall?

I think my last chance might be to make this public and hope it’ll blow up on social media.

PS: as i’m writing a fourth ticket to MS support i notice that you can’t even attach a screenshot to the ticket as requested in the support reply… wow… just wow…

I used to call them living bots as a joke years ago. But I never thought they would actually become real.

Same problem here, i have opened a useless ticket to blizzard at the start of the month.
I have just open a refound request, hoping it works after 27 days…
Really, i’m a blizzard enjoyer, but those problems are shameful.
I miss the good old Blizzard… today it’s not up to par.
