So, I redeem a premium battle pass reward from microsoft point, same as last season, but this season, I didn’t get the pass token to redeem to get the premium battle pass.
Anyone else with this issue?

Tokens now seem to be working, redeemed mine, it gave an error, but the pass was unlocked

same here, got a Premium Battle Pass Token from MS Reward Points - redeemed the code (had the token at the end of S7) - and did not receive the converted Reliquary Premium Battle Pass Token … hope that gets fixed eventually … maybe … plz?! before S9 hits?

Same here, brog. I redeemed the code for it, Battlenet said it would be available next time I log into Diablo IV, but I didn’t get any Reliquaries.

Same problem. On my first ticket, they said the code works, but it doesn’t activate in-game. When I open it again for the 2nd time, the ticket says that the problem has been communicated to the developers. Hopefully the problem will be resolved soon. (before the end of the season)

Same here, i’ve used code from Microsoft Reward program and didn’t received deluxe battle pass (i’ve spent 22,500 redem points for it) - after activation at batllenet. I’m very frustrated and i even can’t submit ticket in my language - website said that i need to change language to do it. So i’ve changed region / language and just submitted ticket. So, waiting for resolution …

What’s really pi…ing me off is that the tokens to redeem the individual items are locked at 99, which means i have been capped for a while now and continuing to play is just a waste of time since i can’t spend them atm.
Since there is also no ETA on when and IF the battle passes will be fixed, this is it for me for now.
You need 156 of these tokens to redeem all premum pass items, meaning i would have to farm another 57 after they eventually unlock my premium pass…
I think at this point i would just prefer to get my 9000 MS points back.
EDIT: so i received an answer to my 2nd ticket and guess what guys… “have you tried restarting the game?”… thanks for nothing Blizz support

It’s just ridicolous. I think that they have more importnat thinks to do, like trying to get $$ from Berserker stuff than repair bugs or fix our problem, because they already got our money → MS points maybe are free for us, but they have partnership with MS, so they got rewarded for that.
In my opinion, after they fix this problem, they should give us some addtitional stuff like items or platinum. This is normal way when You bought something, it got delayed, so You got some free stuff or other reward as apologize …
same too, i active code complete but not claim reward ingame
