I have noticed that a lot of my cosmetics are missing, horses, horses armours, banners, tattoos, tomb stones, etc…
Both gained in game and also the ones purchased which are the majority I have, which I spent a lot and I mean a lot on the game!
Very frustrated and upset that I have no detailed track of what was lost!
Every single emote except Wings of the Creator (pre-purchase Diablo IV) is missing.
Even the one that comes with the expansion is missing
Imagine paying for costumes in this game.

Same here, I’m missing both the ‘Blood Maiden’s Mantle’ (Horse Trophy) and ‘Diadem of the Ancient’ (Helm).
I will try to reach the support about this.
It seems a lot of people are having this problem too and its very annoying. On reddit theres posts of people who lost a lot of paid DLCs.
I’ve got all my cosmetics on Eternal, and my Rogue on Seasonal has hers. But my Spiritborn on Seasonal is missing everything from all season rewards except the Tyrael wings.
I’m missing some in game earned items like the diadem from lord zir too on top of other paid or preorder items. I hope they find a fix for this soon.
A game that is based on microtransactions and puchases… fails exactly on this!

i Also lost all the emotes from all the battlepasses since launch.
We we cant keep what we get why join battlepasses ?
Of course we can, but it’s just a bug that doesn’t get fixed.
Would be really sad to pay for stuff and get it randomly taken away.
Any Blue posts on this. Having same issue and support was no help. Would like the cosmetics I spent money on.
That’s terrible to hear. Considering how damn much money cosmetics cost in this game there should NEVER be a situation where support can’t/won’t help with something like this.
How do you even contact support for Diablo 4? I can’t find a way, with the Red Dust problem my account seems to be having. But they probably can’t help with that either, so… Heh. * shrug *
Just returned to Diablo 4, haven’t played since season of malignant as the state of game was pretty thrash then. Happy to see lots of improvement but I also noticed a bunch of cosmetics missing. I don’t care for most of them but I was sad to see my Protect the Pack Back Trophy was gone.
Does anybody still care about cosmetics?
