I am at lvl 57 and have done nightmare dungeons of tier 2. I was researching how to unlock sigil crafting, there, however, I found you have to complete one nightmare dungeon and be lvl 54 and a Priority Quest will unlock called “Sigil Crafting”. I check all of these boxes, yet I do not see this quest. I also have no other Priority Quests open. What am I missing? And if I am not missing anything, then I think this is a pretty much game breaking bug. I might add that I did my first nightmare dungeon on tier 1 at lvl 56, I am going very slow since I am on hardcore and I don’t want to join the race.
EDIT: My mistake I did not find the info that the nightmare dungeon has to be tier 3, after completing tier 3 the quest unlocks.
You need to clear a Tier 3 dungeon and it will unlock, doesn’t say anywhere in the game though.

I’m level 55 and I’ve completed more than 2 nightmare tie 3 dungeon and the quest for crafting sigils isn’t appearing for me. What can I do?
same here, i have completed multiple sigil dungeon at tier 3, but the crafting sigils mission does not unlock.
Same here. It’s not unlocking and I’ve done many dungeons on Tier 3

I unlock ALL dgs in game (take 2k rep with all region) and not unlock my sigil craft system or quest about that, what i need do for open that?
Did anyone get this to work? My quest for making sigils isn’t there. It was, I completed a nightmare dungeon and it went. I have done more since but still no quest at the occultist
You don’t get a quest for the crafting/salvaging option.
It just unlocks after a Tier 3 dungeon.
If it doesn’t then it’s bugged.
Yeah I did a tier 3 nightmare dungeon. Levelled a glyph and then nothing. No option to speak to occultist or anything
So the crafting option is still greyed out?
The occultist has 5 options. I have the first two, next two are not accessible, the last is

Bugged for me too, did everything, no quest.
Got the same issue - quest appeared when I was handing in the tree of whispers rewards and then it vanished
[Update] Finishing a T4 Nightmare Dungeon unlocked the quest for me.

Same. I have full stash of tier 1 nm dungeons done around 15 so far. No way to upgrade them from tier 1 to higher tier. Sigils are supposed to do that but I can’t craft those because, well, as OP has said.
I am also having this issue.
I am currently level 53 on World Tier 3, and have completed several nightmare dungeons (including tier 3 and higher) but I still have not been able to unlock sigil crafting on my seasonal character.
I did have the quest when I finished the MSQ in World Tier II, but it has since disappeared (not completed) and the sigil crafting/disenchanting is still greyed out at the occultist.
I’ve tried relogging, changing world tiers, completing more nightmare dungeons and no luck so far.
Also having this issue, see no resolution …
