Hi, i faced such problem - I don’t have a high resolution texture setting, only low and medium. I did not find any recent posts on this topic. How to solve this problem and unlock the high texture setting?
PC config:
Ryzen 5 2600
Nvidia RTX 3060 12 GB
16 GB RAM
SSD
2k monitor
Dunno if you need 32GB of RAM to actually be able to select ultra textures, but the game options say that you need 32GB for it to run “smooth” 
That’s right, the settings require 32 GB RAM for ULTRA texture settings, not HIGH. I hope this is a temporary problem 
maybe i’m doing something wrong? Better i will see high quality textures and have lower fps, than see this “blur-style mod”
So you only have low and medium texture settings?
Which Windows version are you using?
Do you have the ultra textures installed or just the base game?
With 12GB of VRAM you could run even ultra.
Maybe installing them helps if you haven’t already.

I try download Ultra textures pack, but that didn’t solve the problem.
Nothing changed
I looked at many threads from the beta and live and there does not seem to be a solution.
For some it helped to upgrade the RAM to 32GB.
But i need you to check something for me, what is your pagefile set to in Windows?
Is it on auto manage or did you set a value yourself?
If it’s not on auto try that and if it’s on auto try setting a proper value (have to google it what is recommended for 16GB).
