Am I the only one with this issue? Been playing since early release and only time I was lucky enough to find a world boss, was when I noticed a different looking “Whispers of the Dead” icon on the map, that happened to be a world boss…
It can’t be right that I need to spend hours just hopping from boss spawn location to spawn location, hoping I find one?!
I’ve tried searching the internet for it and some people reporting out of sync computer time: tried everything about it, to no avail… Checked all game settings, couldn’t find anything weird or out of place… Any other ideas, how to fix this?
Yeah iam not sure what triggers the availability of world bosses. Iam almost lvl 60 on t3 and havent seen a world boss yet. When i played the closed beta i could constantly see the world boss icons and timers on the map, so i guess its bug/glitch.
When i search the internet there is talk about daylight saving time interference with the server time.
We will just have to wait for blizzad to fix it i guess.
I have seen about half a dusin world events since the 4th, and two yesterday alone, But there is no 30 min notification like it was in march obt, it is just a 5 min notification, so it is basicly luck if you spot one now.
Edit, seems they was world events, not bosses, sorry.
5min notice seems a bit to low for me. You should be able to complete whatever you are doing and also travel there before the event starts.
I hope blizzard will return it to the 30min prep time and server wide notification like it was in the beta.

Ok, found out something new today, seems there is two kinds of world events, what i would call minor and world bosses.
Minor has a 5 mins notification, World boss has a 30 min notification. World boss allso has a weekly bonus legendary chest when you mouse over it.
about 8 mins ago as i type, Avarice(55+) world boss has arrived so, that will actualy be my very first since the beta testing…
So in the ends, game is new, common info are not common yet.
I get notifications, but can’t see them on the map, i get a little ying yang like symbol in a triangle on minimap, but when i go to look on map, it isn’t anywhere. Only the Legion quests show on map. Could be a zoom level issue as well, maybe i’m zoomed out too much.
i´m not getting notices either, anyone figured it out yet?

The 3 world bosses usualy spawn in desolate eras of the map you have no real reason to go to.
Same here, 62 and not seen one notification for world boss… saw them all the time in both beta and server slam.
Its so silly, that still not working. No notifications, no official World Boss timer. After google several websites with “timer” all were different and all seems to be wrong. So no actual timers on World boss event? Just random schedules. With no notifications, only option i stay whole day on same location and pray for luck, boss will appear?
