Not having infinite progress like in D3,makes D4 boring once u get to 100

At least, you would be getting something for playing at max lvl, because u aint getting crap this way.

No upgrades,nothing literally…besides materials.

Dont know, was bored before, so I dont think it has something to do with the level. Its more like the itemhunt is not engaging/long enough. There are not any steps to include, its like all aspects and then you are online. Rest is just minor stat increases which are boring. In other games you had to find so many items, and every slot had some choices and a range from minimum/starter/budget to endgame. And in Diablo Bore you get the same items over and over again with the same boring stats, searching for the same thing with more %. Its like in D2 as if you would want to search the perfect shako, building the perfect spirit as a weapon and just do that for endgame grind (not really endgame items and easy to aquire, but imagine this would be your ENDGOAL, tedious and boring AF).

beside glyph nodes, yes.
currently my highest is 16. i don´t know how hard a grind it becomes after that. can´t imagine being that hard.
i personally think d3 paragon was brutal. so maybe a middle ground…

It’s pretty easy to level them up to 21. Very easy actually and quite fast as well. Was actually surprised how fast it went so don’t worry it will still be ok to level till 21.

It feels like something besides gear upgrades is needed at 100 but not infinite for sure. Maybe more glyph levels or more paragon levels that will take very long to achieve but will still have a hardcap.

You have infinite parallel progress.

This gives you an endpoint so you can make new toons, test builds, see where the rng journey takes you.

It’s like a gaming equivalent of someone taking the family size bag of Cheetos off you so you try something else.

We all like Cheetos, but the Devs have decided at a certain point, try something else.

Maybe they change it later on, but they have stated part of the design is to have an endpoint.

There is one, hunt shako or other rare uber uniques
But on serious note yeah there is nothing other than trying different specs. The min-max thing only is for those who farm gold all day and buy best items. From the current experience and itemization design you wont find BiS by playing hundreds of hours after level 100 but actually buying rare items from others.
There is a saying - If you dont check vendors every 1h you will find a lot less upgrades than killing monsters.

jup.
Diablo devs was not happy about infinite paragon in D3 becouse it made it unfair as new players could never equal the clearing speed or the power of a long term player.

But to the topic, having a infinite lv system that dont boost the stats or the preformance of a character, is not easy to invent or design.

Yep, fingers crossed with patch and season, but i have doubts, also it needs disperately decent loot scaling and social aspects

There is no endless game. Unless you want to go E-Sports.

d3 you could complete the game within the first 2-3 days. get 70 in an hour. get gear to clear 150 in a day or two, the end.

I am still waiting for the release paragons.
They should free 120 lvl but also they should increase more narrow curve XP so 120 lvl really needs a lot of weeks to catch up.

Game is already too easy. You get paragons for what ? Only for Uber Lilith. >probably they will nerf her anway or make her ultra ez at some point in season .So here is no point for grinding. Infinite progress is not good at the long run.

Truth is there’s nothing else to do at Lv 100 besides maxing out Glyphs (and trying other builds). Pushing to higher nightmare tiers is optional, and shouldn’t be the only goal. In time there’ll hopefully be content strictly exclusive to Lv 100 characters (even a Lv 99 is locked out from joining), so there’ll be something to motivate players. The game is still very young and the developers are still monitoring how the overall progress unfolds. If the game got released with 2000 hours of available gameplay, some people would still flood the world with tears about not having much to do, and some others would cry about having too much to do.

In conclusion, the game is still very new, and some people will cry just to cry.

Just wait for season 5 or 10 for more endgame content. I think they should focus more on content between lvl 60-80 lvl . This is a real gap that make players stooping playing. Why they should develop content for 0.1% or even 10% players. They can wait longer . You will never gonna satisfy that kind of group of players.

Just play the game without complaining about some dad or other shite

I was engage in d3 for exactly 3 days
I did 120 and i did quit because there was nothing to do beside grinding paragon and i’m not interested in farming 5k paragon
Diablo 4 did this much better because building of your character and clearing the game takes longer then 2 hours 30 minutes speedrun and then few minutes getting ramaladi gift for set…
D3 was a great game but not that great
