Remove pvp or restrict it

In its current state there is nothing around able to be called pvp. unless you’re level 100 you have no say in the matter and the only option you have is to avoid it.

Its fine that it exists, but without any form resembling balance its useless and annoying to say the least. im doing tree quests and try to keep some of the currency i find, however there are lvl 100’s running around just stumping you within 1 second. so the entire mechanic is useless to most people.

If you want this to work in anyway, you need to restrict the levels in which players can be attacked to even come close to being able to put up a fight.

Yea, you have a point, they should have added a 1v1 and 2v2 gladiator arena in each of the main hubs for structured pvp with say 4 brackets, lv25,50,75 and 100.

But dont ask for removal of the current pvp zone, it is the acaxt same thing as Division`s dark zone and that pvp system has worked just fine for over 7 years. It is just one rule for a pvp zone: be max lvl and never go in alone!

It’s restricted to two tiny areas…

как же достали нытики. в игре ВСЕГО 2 ПВП локации, а вы ноете. Уберите себя с этой игры. Идите играйте в D3 или D2.

Here is the funny thing.

PvP Zone is better than the whole map of Diablo 4.

PvP has more Density, more Events, Mini Boss in the middel. It is just action upon action upon action and I spend most of my time in PvP Zone not for the PvP, but for the PvE and action.

да всем плевать где ты проводишь свое время, нужно пве фарм - кашмарные подземелья тебе в помощь. Хочешь фармить в полях ненависти - терпи пвп игроков. Надеюсь разработчики не уберут пвп из-за таких нытиков

Yeah I like the way it is now too. I think some people just can be a little over sensitive about suddenly getting destroyed by another player from out of nowhere. But in the end it is not like they lose anything of value when they die. It just hurts the Ego a little.
Anyway, Blizz does not care about PVP so it is not going to get changed anytime soon :+1:

Wait, you guys actually have other players running around in the PvP instances? I’m alone in there 95% of the time, hence why it’s such a perfect farming zone for Favours, legendaries, XP and Red Dust too, so I can get some cosmetics not everyone has

This cannot be called PVP, it is an insult and a terrible idea.

The most difficult thing in all PVP games is the balance between 1v1 classes. EVERYONE KNOWS. And what are they doing in Diablo 4? a map where mostly the combats are 1vs1 creating enormous frustration.

Really, it’s hard to believe that Diablo 4 is from the same company that developed WOW, as if they didn’t have enough experience in PVP…

It’s ridiculous, like so many other things they’ve done. It is the game that I wanted the most to come out and that has disappointed me the most.

Expand PvP with battlegrounds / more PvP zones / world PvP objectives / klan wars / diablo: Immortal PvP activities.

Add unique transmog rewards for certain ratings achieved in PvP WoW-style.

Do it all season 3 - 4 after balancing all classes.

Profit

PVP is fun. There are many ways to get around the problem you are indicating and I think your anger comes from not knowing how pvp works.

Here is some useful information and tips:

  • If there is one or several lvl 100 in one map check the other one.
  • If there is one or several lvl 100, lower the world difficulty, if you are farming fragments there is not much difference in the drop.
  • If none of the above works, disable crossplay and try again.
  • Your build should not be pve, you need skills that help you disengage in combat ex: teleport, invisible, etc.
  • If you do not activate the blood mark and you come across other players who do not have the mark activated, neither you nor him/her can attack each other.
  • If you activate the blood mark all the players can attack you.
  • If there is a player with the active mark, when he is in the minipam’s field of vision you can see him (he cannot see you).
  • You can group up with four other players, which increases your chances of survival.
  • If a player kills you, your armor does not lose durability, so you can attack the person who killed you as many times as you want without penalty.
  • If a player kills you, you don’t lose the gold or the drop of objects that you have obtained, you only lose shards.
  • If you tp the city next to the pvp zone you don’t lose your shards.
  • If while doing a ritual you leave the area and the ritual is not completed, you do not lose the fragments.
  • While doing the ritual you can have the npc monsters follow you and used them to hinder any player who is trying to kill you while you perform the ritual.
  • Running in circles with the horse while doing the ritual can prevent a player with bad intentions from killing you.

Indeed, and you cannot finish the season without refining 10,000 Seeds, which will not happen. Back to Diablo 3, PTR coming out on Tuesday

The post from Jade is all good stuff. Two points I would add are, it takes no longer then 8 minutes to farm and refine 10k seeds and you can also buy a scroll in town that when you use it will instantaneously teleport you to a random spot on the map.

I really can’t believe all this “I guess it is impossible” talk. It is dead easy.

Um, what? That is one of the easiest to achieve. Did that on the first weekend. Just farm the Scourging Abomination a couple times, it drops around 2-3k seeds each time and respawns after 5ish minutes or so.
And again… how are you even meeting other players in PvP, whenever I’m in there (on T4 of course) I’m usually alone or there’s maybe one other person running around.
