Thanks for the fresh reports, and the detailed troubleshooting some of you have been through already!
As noted the problem has been around for some time and while a few fixes have been attempted already we’re aware that it’s an ongoing issue.
Rest assured it’s something we continue to work on though, and I hope a working fix can be implemented soon now.
Apologies to those who have been affected for an extended period of time – I understand how frustrating it is when problems persist for this long, and we do appreciate your patience while we work to get to the bottom of it!
