second - and this is huge… certain streamers like wudijo and others have had the game for awhile now and is basicly allowed to put up a full review like IGN/Gamestop and more, now wudijo is a player who aims for world first…
why do you allowe players who is competitive in the game and aiming for world first and going hard to play the FULL game and learn everything? letting other players who wanted to try to go hard and aim for a world first with a huge crippled disadvantage?, they know nothing about the game except from what they learned during beta, and researched, but the streamers is now able to review the games and play it far before it releases… i have never seen this move before,
On the same token, if you are not on Blizzards/Diablo-IV’s Public Relations contact list, Your ambition of being a good enough player to beat the known competition to World’s First in anything is a fantasy.
Also the same can be said about people who do not work a conventional job, or streamers having 15 hours a days to play the game, while your average human works 10 hours a day and plays for 2-4 hours a night also being upset about not being given the same opportunity to do the research and get the game hours in to compete for world first in any category.
so should streamers who isnt game reviewers be allowed to get the full game before everyone who isnt a reviewer? :), tell me why i am not as eligible to get the game the same time as a streamer? they are not reviewers. they literally are just hardcore fans of the game
im not talking about getting a portion of the game or a beta invite, its literally the entire game they just got HANDED early with EVERY THING, they could if they wanted leak every story beat/ items and map markers in a second
They have proven themselves to be competent and experienced enough to be on Blizzards radar, enough to evaluate the content, judge its merit, pick up mechanics and intended playstyle faster than the average player, and they typically have industry invested agents who arrange this on their behalf as they do this as part of a business they have set up, normally as a limited entity (Ltd) due to the amount of money most of them make in their content creation career and the taxation implications due to local government thresholds.
On top of this, more often than not paid for their services by the developer (I am unable to say if it has occurred on this occasion), and then relay that information to the masses to make a purchasing decision, normally in favour of the developer as they are hand approved for and sign contracts for the NDA aspect of the pre-release build access.
You as far as I can tell, given the information you have disclosed on this thread have none of this, and ask why you do not get the same opportunities lol…
Edit: You seem to only see Diablo IV as a game, and everyone should be the same in some Utopian scenario, but try and not to forget that first and foremost it is a product in for profit business, and a lot of the decisions they made will favour the business side of the game, rather than the players feelings side of the game.

Scandal lol, you lot are really clutching for straws for reasons you won’t even be in the top thousand of world firsts before the challenge has even started.
what makes you think he doesnt have a chance to be in the top of the race for world first? is it because you dont know him? because he is not ''famous? or is it because he may not have the same knowledge that the players who had it for 2 weeks ahead of everyone else to theory craft do?
Because if he/she was serious about competing they would not be on the forums entertaining a non-story, they would be knee deep in theory crafting and compiling research with under a week to go.
In all seriousness, players like Wudijo would be favourites to complete these kind of challenges even without early access, and you need to remember there is always a high chance he will die to some bullshit in-game that takes him out the running, as everyonse else is also running the risk of doing. Also do you blame him for taking an opportunity that improves his financial prospects, and is also a key aspect of professional career as a content creator in the Diablo space via his content creation career with YouTube videos and content to stream. 9 times out of 10 he is beating everyone else with the amount of time he spends deep diving mechanics and theory crafting as he has demonstrated time and time again in previous releases, his builds and informational videos and second to almost no-one. Even in this Beta cycle when he was soloing world bosses on the hardest difficulty in hardcore mode with level 20 gear, more than once I should add . Match that then we will talk.

In the meantime, I like many other people who are not fantasists will stay in our lane and just enjoy the game when it comes out.
It does not matter who win world first and anyway wudijo said he will play hardcore which not a lot of players(incuding me) will do,
but it is about beeing correct and fair right? wudijo must mentioned from beginning he already played the gsme!
He does not need to do anything, the community are not his masters he reports his every movement to. If he chooses to or not is completely at his discretion.
