You have no idea what’s involved in putting something this size live. There will be hundreds, maybe thousands of servers all providing different parts of the service. They need to be tuned to the load. It’s called performance tuning and some of it can only be done under a real load. That’s one reason they run a wide beta.
You haven’t paid to be part of a beta; you’ve paid for the game. If you don’t like the wait times, simply go and do something else instead. You don’t have to join the beta.

People who refund because of beta instability aren’t real gamers anyways. You’re a spoiled brat who’s too accustomed to instant gratification in unrealistic scenarios. You’re too busy complaining to take a moment to look into things and try to understand why things are the way they are.

concordo anche io con tutti co loro che hanno saputo veramente apprezzare il gioco ho dovuto aspettare la prima volta quasi 2 ore di coda, ma questo non mi ha fatto diventare infuriato con scarso giudizio e comprensione del perché tanto tempo. ragazzi svegliatevi e una BETA non si può pretendere che sia come uscito completo ahahha. Io ho portato tutti e tre i personaggi al 25 livello massimo e mi sono goduto ogni cosa di quel gioco dal dungeon che erano molti, ben dettagliati di horror, grandezza giusta che non annoia, per giunta dentro i dungeon avvolte capitava di fare anche mini eventi per il droop maggiore e di buona qualità, ai eventi a tempo che erano sparsi per le regioni molto vari tra loro come difendi, fai massacro e raccogli anime e ovviamente interrompere rituali ce tanta roba da fare oltre che trucidare impalare e arrostire i nemici, poi per non parlare che ci sono delle rocca forti da conquistare che la beta ti da ben 3 rocche forti da conquistare che poi diventano parte dell’uomo quindi potrai accedervi per rifornirti. la campagna atto 1 e meravigliosa e coinvolgente con l’ambiente che ti trovi sia di rumori che musica ti fa sentire parte di quella battaglia. Per parlare di alberi abilita dei personaggi e molto vasto per i 25 livelli che ti danno, ti permettono di essere ciò che vuoi sentirti con il tuo personaggio che sia mago, barbaro e arciere. Anzi aggiungo che non vedo lora di vedere intero albero di abilita per poter portare i personaggi a pari livello di Lilith e Inarus. parlando dei NPG sono stupito dalla meccanica e comportamento della I.A. che ti fa capire che non giochi co mostri senza la loro IDENTITA , sono ben livellati in base al lvl del giocatore per quanto riguarda danno, vita e la resistenza sia al danno fisico che magico o di stato. COMPLIMENTI BLIZZARD NON MI HA DELUSO ANZI HAI RISPETTATO SIA ME CHE TUTTI I APPASSIONATI GIOCATORI DELLA NUOVA GENERAZIONE CHE VETERANI DAL PRIMO DIABLO NEL 1996.VI RINGRAZIO DI CUORE PER IL CAPO LAVORO E NON VEDO LORA CHE ESCA IL GIOCO IL 06/06/2023 MA SOPRATUTTO METTERE MANO SU NECROMANTE E DRUIDO <3.

Вернуть деньги за кривую игру это самый разумный подход. Если у всех будет голова на плечах, все поступят также и жадной компании придется раскошелится на нормальные сервера. Платная альфа тоже была с очередями, а за это люди заплатили как за пол игры, купив расширенную версию.

Considering i have pre-purchased the game and they advertised i can play the beta beause of it (first weekend) is far more then just disgusting. Having to wait for hours in order to play and then having lag and server issues demonstrate how inadequate Blizzard has become.

Actually, that’s on you. Pre-ordering came with early access to the beta that started the previous weekend (limited to 3 classes etc). This weekend is open beta for everyone.
Well, that being said, 130 minute queue is a bit much nonetheless

HA ! you wish, it will be EXACTLY the same situation on launch day.
As if they didn’t know the number of players who have the keys and couldn’t anticipate the numbers and provide enough server capacity.
Truth is they either do not care or just don’t want to waste money on adding more servers/capacity, once people see the queue they will give up and try later, or not.
Either way Blizzard already has your money, eventually the numbers will drop, load will stabilise and they just saved bunch of $$$ and who gives a shit about people wasting their time let them whinge on the forums

Got disconnected, then put for 90 min in queue and then login timeout. had to reenter the game and now is 140 min queue. i’m stupid for taking this shit from Blizzard, but what does that make Blizzard?

Waiting times are as bad as they were last week.
This is not a pre-order early access to beta as you state, that was last weekend. This weekend is open beta, so it´s open to everyone. Dont have the exact numbers but last weekend there where over a million players. This weekend anyone can download and play, even people that have not pre purchased so there will be ALLOT more of people. Blizzard made a special post where they did warn about this.
