I dont know if it’s only me. However my downloading is to SLOW on this update. Are you guys have the same problem ? How can i solve it ?

I had this problem with the previous D4 patch in early June as well, what fixed it for me was going into the Download settings (you can click on the download speed to get to those directly) and disabling the “Limit download bandwidth” option. Even though I only had a limit set for Pre-Release Content, it still seemed to be capping the download speed. As soon as I disabled that, it jumped up to my usual full download speed.

The guys from Xbox is downloading so fast. So we on PC we are getting massive low Download. After 1hour i downloaded only only 800mb from 9gb. My friend downloaded in xbox version 12gb in 20 minutes. Blizzard need Fix it.

yea as per usually live services at its best, they all want all online yet never spend any dime into their online services. i bet the round of hamsters die’d again and no one is willing to replace them.

I downloaded the patch in a few minutes at ~300 mbps, no problems here. Maybe you need to restart your router or flush your DNS

noap, tested with a steam game, i’v downloaded two games on steam at full speeds, nothing wrong with my router, its blizz its ancient crap.

Nice, no more oscillations, download speed has finally stabilized on 4.98 KB/s! 
same here … i am downloading already few hours … and still not even 20 % …
This is for all the young people here. Now they experience what internet was like when I was young and had to work with a state of the art 9600 baud modem. Disabling the download limit as suggestd by @Agerwaen helped for about 30 seconds, then is was back to extremely slow speeds.
You need to manually set the limits in both windows to 10000, then you will get a download speed of 10 mb / s. You should not set the value higher, for some reason it did not work. It helped me to download 10% this way, then the speed dropped again. We repeat the process. Remove the checkmarks, save, set again.
It stopped working after 3 times, but the speed remained at the level of 750 kb / s

Here downloading fast but lag not solved and new patch NOT good!
I had low speed and almost no refresh on download for the whole time (tried retarting, set to default multiple times with no result). Changed the download limit to 99999999, restarted again and it instantly skyrocketed from ~10 kb/s up to 80mb/s. It was a little jumpy but i got all the remaining 8gb in one go in just minutes.
