Why Diablo IV so laggy on good PC? I need playing with lowest graphic settings for comfortable 60 fps, event that fps not stable and spikes down to 10 fps or sometimes even 6 fps for no reson! And ping sometimes reaches 300ms with a medium about 230ms! Its crazy cause i have 1Gbit mirrored network and ping test for Germany (Frankfurt) from Turkey (Antalya) like 40-60ms, even China 130ms LOL
I`m sure that i have not viruses at all, cause all other my AAA games like Witcher, GTA, Starcraft, CS:GO, Apex e.t.c going smoothly on normal+ graphics with 100-120+ fps and without spikes. And of course I regularly, about once a week, check my computer for malware and viruses

My friend check ctrl alt del and tell me how many battle.net running. Try close battlenet after game running it does sometimes help. (yes ive reported this)
I always off it, but I think that not a problem. Battle net going to background and not consume resources in main thread, also in background battle net network consume a little internet just for check connection and update friends list ones. And Starcraft going well when he launched. I sure that a game Diablo IV problem
they said they have a memory leak, but in the patch they haven´t said at all they have solved- I play it with 12 ram gpu and im using 8 gb (that´s pretty much)
I had also to pay another PSU and wait for new drivers, etc. Hoping it doesn´t break again.
Try this, it fixed my frames drops and micro stutters.
On the blizzard launcher:
1: Click Battle Net Setting in the Top left corner.
2: Click Settings.
3: In Apps, scroll all the way to buttom to the Advance Features section
4: Check if “Use Browser Hardware Acceleration” is checked.
5: If Checked, Click it to uncheck it.
6: Click the restart promph and go Launch the game.
