I looked up some guides on how to unlock my frames via looking in the appdata folders for hearthstone but for some reason there is no appdata folder or options file I can open to uncap my frames, they seem to be stuck at a solid 29 and wont go above that, its not that my PC can’t higher frames in the game, it’s a fairly high end PC but this game is annoying af at 29 frames, can’t their just be a vysnc option in the game?

Make sure that your Windows OS is showing hidden folders.
From there, in order to find the Options.txt go to
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Blizzard\Hearthstone
