As state in the title yesterday i received from blizzard a mail saying my account was banned after a deep investigation for botting.
Now, i play hearthstone from its beta and believe me or not i never used any external program.The only thing i can say is that i stay at pc many hours a day and i keep HS active in background to farm XP(in wild),so in many of my games i’m afk, even though every season i reach diamond in standard, so never been afk there.
I already asked for a log for some proof of botting, i’ve done the appeal to remove it but they said it’s already been checked and confirmed.
So. i’m asking is it possible that they can ban from some report from ppl?Do they even check if those reports are legitimate or not?
