Account duplication bug (?)

Hey, I just want to ask what to do about an issue I’m having right now.

This happened an year ago when i got myself a tablet. I’ve downloaded hearthstone on it and on my PC again (since i stopped playing somewhere around Witchwood.)

I logged in on the PC and on the tablet with the same login information (email-password). I don’t know what happened but this essencially somehow duplicated my account with the cards I had at the time i logged in since I’ve stopped playing.

So basically the progress regarding collection i make on my tablet isn’t registered on my PC. Later I found out that the accounts have different battle tags even though they’re being accessed from the same “account”.

I just didnt mind and played on both of these devices. After like 2 months my PC broke down, so I just played on tablet. Right now, my PC hearthstone account is still stuck at the point it was before it broke. I wouldn’t mind it, but I’ve put some money into the game and I have huge progress compared to the PC.

So basically, is there a way, to somehow merge these accounts together, with the condition that my progress from tablet remains once I get on the PC?

(Edit: After reading this, I should also add up that the accounts are not accessable back and forth. I can access the account i played on my tablet with only on my tablet and the PC one only from my PC.)

Hi ArkanysCz, Battle.net accounts can’t be duplicated or merged together. Battle.net accounts have their own unique Battletags, made of a custom name, # and serial number. While a Battletag can be changed, a Battle.net account can’t have more than 1 Battletag at a time.

With what you’ve mentioned as you’re seeing different Battletags on logging into your tablet and PC, it means you have 2 different Battle.net accounts and thus 2 different Hearthstone accounts you’ve been playing from. You’ll need to check the details you’re using to login with on each device, as it’s possible you’ve used 2 very similar emails to login from.

To play on the same Battle.net and Hearthstone account on both devices you must log into them using the exact same login details, which will then show the same Battletag.

Hey again, thank you I feel so stupid for not even trying different accounts. I was just confused since somehow I’ve got the exact same friend lists on both devices even though i didnt play on PC for over an year and in that time i’ve added new friends.
