I was in a raid yesterday in WoW classic and i got lpgged out and when trying to login it said that account could not be found and I got an Email saying that my Email for login got changed. I created an account and opened a ticket but until now I have no response ( I know the situation is not easy because of the virus ). Someone has a similar problem like that and how long did it take to get a response. Sry for my English.
In these case it is taking us a little longer than usual to get to the tickets, I would say 2-3 maybe 4 days, so hopefully soon.
Due to the queue though these things may fluctuate. Hopefully Customer Support can get back to you soon!
Make sure when do you get back onto the account you consider using our free Authenticator App on your mobile device to help secure the account from further hacks (fingers crossed!).

Hi Bloodymaryz, did you get your account back, if yes I’m curious to know if you got banned or not because after getting my account back, as i try to login i see that i am banned on Blizzard, i hope it doesn’t happen to you.
