hi, i got a new iphone, installed hs, logged in and it’s like a new account… tried to log in twice and does the same thing… my account is americas but i am currently in lebanon, could this be the problem? what’s the fix?

Have you always played in the americas region? If not, you should change the region upon login to the one you are normally playing in.
