Account related crash. PC

My game crashes intantly when there is any kind of animation, 1st it only happened when i went in a game mode, now it crashes instantly because i was rewarded a golden card and the animation pops up first thing when i log in and it crashes.

When i log in with a secondary account it does not crash the game.

I have a brand new computer 3060ti, Ryzen 5 5600X etc.

I have deleted every blizzard related program and re-intalled it, ive cleared game cache, ive updated drivers and ive scanned for corrupt ram.

Usually it does not give any crash report but here is one that it randomly gave me:

Report translates to: Order from 0x00000000510273C7 reffered to memory adressed 0x0000000016C0E008.
Memory could not be read.
End program by clicking OK

Hi Nahkapapu! Sorry to hear about this issue, and thank you for starting to do some troubleshooting already!

We would be grateful if you could be so kind as to also test if the problem can be replicated with your own account but on a different PC.

Please let us know!

I dont have a secondary device that i could test my issue with since my phone version is not supported by hearthstone app. It gave me an cache error recently, when i cleared the cache it went back to just crashing without any information the second there pops up an animation. Something that i did was that i created a new user for my computer ( but using the same file from the computer for hs ) and it works perfectly fine with that, keeps still crashing on my main user.

Must be kidding… Leeroy Jenkins (because 20 char min)

Definetly not kidding and not wasting my time on a blizzard forum for nothing, id like some type of answers so i could play the game regulary

Can I just check with that you have cleared the Hearthstone cache files here:

  • Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialogue
  • Type %LocalAppData% into the Run field and click OK
  • Delete the Blizzard folder.

If you have, this could be an indicator that there is another background application interfering such as Hearthsim. Removing the app may help address this.
