Hi, my account seemed to rewind to pre expansion. I have packs that I opened unopened and cards that I crafted aren’t there anymore. Also all the new decks I made are replaced by old ones. On my America account basic cards such as shadow word death and swamp ooze aren’t there. Does anyone know what I can do to rectify this?

It’s possible you may be logging in on the wrong Blizzard account is all! You simply need to make a submission to Customer Support about this and they can help you recover the old account.
The main information they may need in the ticket are things like the order number of your prepurchase, or your ingame Hearthstone name (including the tag) maybe ask a friend if you had them added.
