Hi,
I have 2 notifications under “Gameplay” → “Alterac Valley” that won’t go away. I’ve scrolled through all notifications and there are none to Complete. I have a constant “!” at the main menu and a constant “2”-notification on “Alterac Valley”. I can’t get rid of them. Normally you scroll and click the completed achievement that is marked as blue color. I have no blue color and still I have these notifications that I’ve completed something. I’ve tried to log in on both PC and on iPhone, the problem is the same on both platforms. I can’t clear the notification.
What to do?
Please help!

Same here.
Problem appeared when I managed to get “Battlefield Master” achievement. I clicked on it, selected reward but the notification is still there as an exclamation mark…
Clearing cache and reinstalling the game didn’t help.

I have this error too (with a “1” on my Alterac Valley notifications and an 
that will never go away.)

Same issue, 2 achivemts in duels and 2 in “Gameplay Alterac Valley” are suggested by a exclamation mark but I can’t find any blue marked task.

same issue. got 6 that i just can’t claim and also noticing there are quite a lot achievement completions that just dont register at all.

also got the same issue with new cards notifications never going away
yep i have that problem was hoping updates would make it go away eventually but had 2 updates since that ! mark that wont go away an its still there although it has happened once before an disappeared when it changed from year of the crow to year of the dragon i think.

Lots of issues with achievement bugs. Hasn’t been fixed after at least the latest update. The client seems to be in a mess if you are not able to deal with simple known issues. Maybe Microsoft will be able to fix such annoying bugs in a game we are willing to pay almost £1k a year… ofc joking about Microsoft.
This particular issues has proven a little trickier to fix than we’d have hoped, but it is on our radar - and we’ll get it sorted as soon as we can.

Try to look for bugs in the triggers, i would be looking at the trigger script in that case
It’s amazing how Pavlovian our revulsion is for this when it happens! But for real you can’t fix this fast enough… it’s just the worst.
