Does the game crash, freeze or just disappear?
Is there an error message or code?
Do you notice anything odd before the game closes?
If you are still experiencing the issue, reply back with the answers to those questions, the platform (mobile, PC) you are playing on and if on mobile the device make, model and OS version.

I also have this problem on my Android phone OPPO it only happens when after you win or lose game there a rank up or down screen you can’t add friends on this screen or else it will just say hearthstone game have been recorded and it restarts game and your friends list section becomes 0 UN interactive with your friends list but if you pass the wining screen after your match and add friends you not have the problem at all super situational bug.
I have the same problem already a very long time as well. It’s very frustrating. I play on PC most of the time.
Please help. It’s very frustrating.
