After the new HS update, the chat functionality no longer works on mobile phones. When attempting to use the chat, the keyboard opens, but the chat box is not visible. Additionally, the keyboard cannot be closed, requiring a game restart. Is there a solution for this issue? I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as updating the phone, but nothing has resolved the problem.
