All my class basic cards have disappeared.
I can’t make new decks because some of the classes are said to be unlocked.
For some reason I have the rest of my collection but my basic progress has disappeared.
If someone could please help I’d appreciate it.

Don’t panic! Your cards aren’t lost. This is just an odd desynch issue we’ve been seeing lately!
The fix for this is pretty simple, just relog a few times! Though if you’re willing to do so, a password reset is actually a quicker way to achieve this, as changing your password causes the account servers to discard all current cached data and refresh.
You should be back to playing with your normal decks in no time
