Today (04.07.2019) when I launched HS a new version was available. But every time I launch the app I get the Failed to get update error message.
My mobile net is fine, I can use my browser, I can download apps from the play store, HS is the only problematic app on my phone (LG G7 Thinq). Android main version is 9

Wifi is not always available for me. In these cases I simply used my mobile net connection because my data plan allows me to do it.
However I found out that HS became extremely intolerant regarding the signal strength since the implementation of the reconnect feature. If my signal strength is not perfect, then HS will simply drop a failed to get update error.
I think this is a bug in the app, because every other app on my phone can use and download with my net connection
