When I tried to open the app (on a Samsung phone) it wouldn’t load. It gave me a message saying my account was used on a newer version of the game and I need to wait for this device to update. Also “tap anywhere to reconnect” but if I try it, nothing happens. There is no update in the play store.
My friend (with a Xiaomi phone) has the same issue. Anyone know how to fix it?
Hi Lotusz, recently there’s been some reports of that error message happening with Android phones.
To sort that you’ll need to restart the game on your phone, when you see that error message again, leave the game on that screen for 5 minutes. Once done, quit the game by force quitting on Android, then restart the game again.
That should then allow you to login and play as usual.
