The device is Samsung A71 (when I had Samsung J7 a couple of weeks ago, it wasn’t an issue). Network is my home WiFi. Desktop version works fine on it.
The app launches, gets stuck on ‘HEARTHSTONE’ sign for a few minutes, and then throws ‘You were disconnected’ error
When I first encountered this issue, I cleared cache and data. Then the first launch after the clear was okay. All succeeding launches failed
Then I reinstalled the game completely. Again, the first launch was okay, succeeding launches failed
Restarting the device doesn’t help as well
The app seems to work stably on mobile network

This is likely something on the router or ISP side of things, and is a little out of scope for our support.
There may be something worth trying and it could be because of the difference between IPv4 and IPv6. If you are able to try changing the phone to IPv4 only and it might work. Though as mentioned this is outside our scope of support so you may also want to talk with the phone manufacturer. In theory HS should work find with IPv6, but it’s just a thought.
My phone doesn’t support changes to IPv4/6
Weirdly, when I tried to turn off and on Hearthstone’s access to phone storage, SOMETIMES it let app to be launched. Sometimes it launched with access off, sometimes it did with access on
After several tries of turning it off and on, now it has ceased to launch in either permission state
upd: Now it launched with access off
