Please help both my iPad and iPhone crash trying to load the app while it is trying to resume a previous game. I’ve reinstalled the apps several times and had the same issue.

Should the problem continue though you may need to log in another way such as through a PC/Mac and see if that clears the resume game.
I am having the same issue. Talked with apple and went through trouble issues to help and it didn’t. Happy to hear that blizzard just days sorry can’t help with mobile ! Then who is running the mobile then? Who helps ? The will take you money on mobile.
This is not an adequate answer to this issue. It’s clearly a problem at the Blizzard end. I also reported this recently and had no response.
There has been the same issue in the past and it got resolved by a patch. It’s no good offering a game on a mobile device and then saying that if you want to avoid an issue you should use a different type of device.
Please can you look into this further and find a solution rather than passing the buck and saying it’s someone else’s problem when clearly it isn’t.
I also tried to login with and iPad but it still did the same thing. Still stuck not working very frustrating
