Hi, Returning player here.
Looks like i had an arena run going back in the day and now it stuck there. I cant retire or proceed the run. I cant play Arena mode. Please help.

Did you already fixed your problem? I tried support but i guess its the same as before when i played few years ago, little or no help in the reply, they even sent me a link that isnt working anymore and it´s giving “404 error” , and the only thing i got from the reply was that it could be from the tutorial that i had to “skip” or complete , the problem is that i dont have any tutorial to make and when looking how to skip that tutorial some show me that all i have to do it´s press the game menu on the bottom right and i will get an option of “skip tutorial” but the only thing i get it´s “options " and quit” and others talk about miscelleneous but when i go to options and press that i only have “credits”…
not fixed yet but they replied that they are looking into it. hopefully get fixed soon
lol , it is amazing how you are still waiting for the problem to be fxed after 4 days… The lack of care of blizzard support never stops amazing me , you have eard of of “blizzard soon”? , you will be waiting for a while…I am not even gonna loose time with it , uninstalling the game again.
