I am currently in an Arena run, at 6/2. The match making seems to be stuck. I’ve been queued for over 10 minutes trying to find an opponent. This is the third time this morning, I tried the same thing 2 hours ago and 4 hours ago.
I’m on an android device, if that is relevant.
Same issue! Made a deck this morning and have tried all day but it never matches with any opponents. Arr!

Same issue! Finding Opponent sceen stuck.
I can find opponents when I try insistently. But it takes a lot of time and is boring.
Today it seems to work again, but this was out yesterday all day (EU)

Seems to be on and off today, I managed to play a few games but also a lot of waiting, even at 0/0 or 1/0 when there should be plenty of opponents to match with.
I just made an arena deck for the first time in ages and have been waiting for over 20 minutes without any luck. on pc (EUG)
The i have the same issue, Could not find opponents in arena. Today i was waiting almost 1h and nothing happened.
I wonder if it could be because there’s just not enough people playing arena in EU…?
Same issue here. It’s been happening for a few days so it’s not related to the release of Scholomance. It’s also not happening in the Asia and Americas regions (I play arena in all regions). So definitely something funky on the EU server.
For what it’s worth, it usually helps to just cancel and requeue (you might need to do it a few times).
Have been having the same problem for days now, not able to find an opponent. Europe player on ipad. Always have been able to find matches within 30 seconds. Something’s clearly wrong. fix it please. I allready wasted an arena ticket by trying a new run.
Sorry to hear that you’ve been having some long queues that does seem out of the norm. For now Hippo’s work around seems like it may help those of you affected.
Yea, that works to find a match. I leave the queue after 1 minute and rejoin, and I have to do that once or twice before finding a match.
Hopefully, you aren’t seeing the long queues any longer. If anyone does encounter one, please reply to the thread with the time frame (with time zone) where you saw it.

Not just arena but any mode: I try to find a game, the “cancel” button disappears as if an opponent is found…then just keep endlessly spinning.
