Arena rewards disappeared after release

Hi, i’m not really sure if this is the correct place to launch that topic but since the release of the last expansion, i’ve noticed that my unfinished arena from yesterday give me a free ticket but not my reward. It’s not that much (few gold/dust and 1 pack). I want to be sure that i’m not the only one to have experience that bug and if something will be done to adress the issue.

Same here. I saw the animation for getting 50g and 1 pack of Rise of Shadows, but when I went to open the pack there was none.
