Today, 28-Nov my Arena run came to an end, cause of 2 crushes.
I say to myself, okay… I’m sure that Blizzard would have some sort of compensation policy around this sort of issue… However, this is their policy on the matter:
Any losses due to disconnections during arena play will not be reimbursed. A new arena ticket must be purchased.
If you go to the supermarket to buy bread, and it turns out to be stale and old, you will get a new one back. If you buy a TV and it turns out after watching for several days it brakes, you will also get a replacement.
New Blizzard policy should state:
Game and server quality are crushing all the time and there is nothing you can do about it. Play the game as is, or don’t play at all. We don’t care and thank you for your money.
