Arena has not been working for over a week, it´s the only mode I play, please fix it.

The most fun part of the game is blocked

I m having HS on mac and whenever I want to enter the arena it says, it is temporarily closed for 15 days. Each time, I got my IOS phone purchase arena from mobile and got back to mac to play it.
There need to be a solution for this???
